I just got my hands on a vintage 10 speed with 27" wheels. The old tire rotted and broke into pieces so I ordered these new tires to replace. http://www.amazon.com/Cheng-Shin-C63...3027563&sr=8-4

Problem is that at the valve stem area, the tire isn't seat all the way no matter how hard i push it in and in turn, there is a lump when I inflate my tire. What can I do to solve this? I am afraid to order another tire because I am afraid this will happen again.
