Once the ambulance crew checked me out I got up, I did collect a medical report from them as well as a police report from the police (obviously).

I didn't go to the hospital, but did stop by a pharmacy, bought some supplied (STRONGLY recommend 3M/Nexcare Spray on Bandage for Road Rash) went back to my hotel and applied some first aid.

After I got back home I called a orthopaedic surgeon I know and got checked out.
