CJL - so you drill & then what is your attachment sequence to mount the L to the fender?
- dry fit the rear fender
- install the wheel
- hold the L bracket on the fender
- check fender line
- mark the two holes in the L bracket with fine Sharpie (on the seat tube side of the seat stay bridge)
- drill holes in fender
- secure with included machine bolts (I add star washers). Make it nice and tight.
- secure L bracket to seat stay bridge
- trim L bracket machine bolt ends with Dremel cutting wheel
