At least RBO is good about the customer service.
I have a Motobecane Phantom Uno from BD and a Vilano.
The Uno is definitely the better made bike but the Vilano is a good bike, nonetheless.
I've probably got 7500 miles on the Vilano.
The welds are ugly but the alignment of the frame and fork are good enough, I guess I got lucky.
The seatpost, 25.4mm, was too small so I replaced it with a 25.6mm, problem solved for $15.
There's one thing I really like about the Vilano. That is the super long top tube, 61cm on a 58cm frame.
My buddy also has a Vilano AND a custom steel Land Shark. The ride of the Land Shark is better but he's pretty impressed with the ride of the Vilano.
