Not very much. I refuse to ride when it's over 100 degrees, so that means almost none out of the past month. When it's 'riding season,' usually 1-3 times a week, with an educated guess of typically 4-7 miles each time. I'd do it more (or so I say) but I have other endeavors which take up time, it's a decent drive through decent traffic to get there, and none of my riding buddies live here anymore, so I ride alone, which isn't as fun.
