Really beautiful Moto Grand Jubilee.

It may be a late 1974 or early 1975 because it has a long arm Huret Jubilee RD. The first ones had short arm Jubilees.

I have 2 1974 GJs. The first I got as a frame that was rescued from a dump. It had gone through a garbage compacting truck and the paint showed it.

I had a local frame builder realign the frame and forks and built it up as a wet weather beater. Turns out it's a really sweet riding and handling bike. I liked it enough to pick up a second frame in better condition to built up all original.

I like Panaracer Pasela TGs. I have them in 700c 23, 25 and 28 plus a set of 26 x 1 1/4 regular Paselas. They have a nice smooth soft ride plus they handle well wet or dry.

I was going to mention going to the 27 x 1 1/8 size with a wire bead which the OP did. I run some 700c 25 and 28 Pasela tires on old Weinmann rims without a bead hook. No problems at 90 PSI.
