I had the drive side cup come loose a week or so ago on a ride on the '70 moto with Pastor Bob. I was able to put a hex key between a flat on the cup and a bolt on the 49A cranks and tighten the cup by rotating the crank arm. I will try using teflon tape and grease and tightening it properly. I am sure I did none of those things last time.
