Two to three times a week, might get in four if the weather breaks some. One trail is four miles, usually loop it twice. It has more elevation gain and loss with a good variety of switchbacks and rocky climbs as well as flowy woods sections. The other is five miles, mostly twisty, rooty woods trails and fun dips that ends with a mile or so of open trail that I can run the third ring on high, 16-17 mph in places.
