Georgia does not have a proceed-on-red law so you're out of luck. There was one pending, HB-161 http://www1.legis.ga.gov/legis/2011_12/sum/hb161.htm but it was "House Withdrawn, Recommitted" in April, whatever that means. I guess they'll try again next year.
