Ok I did a few things to get this thing road worthy so I can at least try it out.

I stole my tires that I used on my mountain bike for commuting. (700C x 40)

I borrowed some beat 700c wheels from a friend and an equally beat brooks seat that I had on a 64 triumph that my girlfriend rode before we bought her a new bike.

This is by no means the configuration I want.
Hell I have not even cleaned the frame up yet but I can at least ride it back and forth to work a bit now to see what I need to change next.
I have a 6 phase build planned for this bike so lets just consider this Phase 1.
