I've done approx 20 000 miles mainly on the outer chainring of my shimano 5600.
I've just changed chain and cassette - do you think I need a new outer ring.It looks a bit worn but still useable.
Anyway,I'm waiting for my Dura Ace 7800 ring to come in.I hope it fits
