Sometimes a company just finds something that works and doesn't see any reason to keep trying to find "gimicks". I'm not saying what they have is the best but they certainly have a following and they have a lot of people convinced. Their bikes are certainly good enough to win on a pro level so they must be doing something right. With that said, I still don't like them.

Spending lots of money on marketing, collateral, and promoting in big races goes a long way toward convincing people.
