I want them for maximum spinning, not resistance. I have a regular resistance trainer for those kinds of workouts. Also, the 4.5" rollers are a lot easier on tires. If you have the Kreitlers, then they are either 2.25" or 3.0". If you find the 2.25" rollers too easy then you are very fit and powerful.
Yeah I have Kreitlers. Not "too easy" for a workout but it definitely doesn't feel like I'm slogging uphill. I'd imagine you're spinning a hell of a lot faster than me anyway.
