A protein shake in the morning makes an EXCELLENT breakfast!!! All that goodness does a body good. Protein, carbs (if you are using an MRP, I am assuming it has carbs), vitamins and minerals first thing in the morning really helps fuel your body for the rest of that day. I have a protein shake for breakfast four or five times a week (usually after my AM workout).
