S Works is in fact operated as a separate brand, which is why some dealers are S Works dealers and some are Specialized dealers. They are owned under the same company, but it's like the difference between Infiniti and Nissan, BMW and MINI, Acura and Honda, Lexus and toyota, Lincoln and Ford, Cadillac and Chevrolet, Hyundai and Kia... do I need to keep going?
As far as the Speed Concept and Shiv, yes they are amazing machines. I think you'd have to add the Graal and Time Machine to that same list..
