70 degree dewpoint this morning. Uncomfortable. I took up position behind a green-clad roadie with panniers. He made a good pace bike, but he bailed off the trail and onto a road less than halfway through my commute. Oh well.

This was a first... The sprinkler system in Burlington's Waterfront Park was turned on. I timed it so I'd ride through one of the jets of water. Mild relief that had disappeared by the time I arrived at work 5 minutes later.

There seem to be a lot more recreational trail users in the morning than there were last year. Mostly older women on comfort bikes. Not sure why there's an upswing. Good for them, though...
