Hi Diane, if you turn the bike upside down it, there should be the number typed into the frame underneath the bottom bracket, this is the part of the frame between the pedals, between the chainset on the right and the right pedal and the left crank with the left pedal.

I think T-Mar looks at the thread every so often. The best thing is to post a picture up of your bike looking at the right side of the bike, like with the chain, also take pictures of anything that has writing like the handlebars etc and maybe some of the guys here can shed some light on it
