Occasionally some memebers posted that they ride xx number of miles at an average speed 18-20 miles per hour. Reading that my mind went completely blank, the whole thing went straight over my head. So I dig back to whatever knowledge I learned from my basic education and still nothing came up. I even checked with my cyclocomputer and still it doesn't know either. All it can come up with is a singple number for an average. So can the experts on here help to educate me? In layman term please. If the math is too advance then perhaps all is lost. Thanks.
