I do group sportbike rides on Saturday a month. Probably 5-6 of the guys also ride self-powered two wheelers. It cracks me up to see a bunch of roadies and the shocked/horrified looks when a stream of ~10 guys on sportbikes all wave to them.... Every once in a while one waves back.
Either way, I don't get concerned - some days I wave/nod to everybody, some days I'm in my little pain cave and don't want to be bothered.
