How much weight loss is too much

I started at 155 lbs. After cycling and running and calisthenics I am now down to 146.5 pounds.

I was trying to maintain the 155 by eating 3500 calories a day. However, this proved to be impossible and I was always in a deficit. I now consume 1800 - 2000 calories a day.

I am aiming at 145. I am 6'0" I want to get down to lean muscle and 5% or less body fat. I look and feel as though I am accomplishing this. I am also not tired or sickly in any way.

I wonder though if 145 pounds and 5% or less body fat is too small. I really could add bulk in the form of pure large muscle, but I would rather stay with lean muscle as I am running as well.
