Ouch! Heal fast. I know what you mean about paying attention. I found a small speed bump the other day that I didn't see (it wasn't painted and right as I turned onto a side street) fortunately I didn't fall but it was close. I agree with the hospital food, I had a week long stay last year and thought I'd starve.
