Bikes: I have 3 singlespeed/fixed gear bikes

Too many self proclaimed nutritional and medical experts on internet, I ignore them. When it comes to my own body I know what I need to eat, to maintain peak performance. I don't care how I look in other peoples eyes.
I am 6 foot tall and I weigh 145 pounds. I ride everyday. My energy levels are very high, I never have problems with recovery. Many years ago I used to weigh 165, but when I started cycling everyday I lost 20 pounds. I am naturally skinny and no matter how much food I eat, I just can not gain weight. It's in my genes to be skinny and lean, my entire family is like that. Too many people are worried about their body image and how they look in other peoples eyes. If you feel good mentaly and physically, if your energy levels are high then why worry ? If something is not broken then don't fix it.
