@wolfchild - Not worried about body image I am just curious as to what other experiences are. You seem to be having the same experience as I am. Long and lean runs in the family. I eat sensible meals take my vitamins. I run 4 - 6 miles every other day and do a HIIT on the others. I also bike 20 miles a day and will fit in a 30 plus on the weekend. Not to mention chasing my kids around or backpacking.

@stonefree - 3500 really is not a lot of calories when you get down to it. 3500/6= 583.33 calories per meal. Obviously you can't do that. Breakfast was usually 1000 - 1100 calories and lunch was around 600 and so was dinner with the rest in snacks.
They guy on the left isn't Kenyan - are you? Which of those men do you think is in better health? Obviously you're going to refuse to admit your problem and just come here to have other people tell you it's ok to be 155lbs, 6ft and fretting about body fat and hoping to lose 10lbs of fat.
