Not really. I'm 6' tall and 145 is what I weigh in the winter when I'm "fat". 140-141 is about right for me at my age. When I was younger I could go a little lower.

Oink oink.

The weight that is appropriate depends on your build. I'm built really thin.

OP- 5% true body fat is really low. It may well be too low for you. If you go too low you won't have any reserves and you will get sick easily. You will probably be slower at short distances and really slower in long races (due to lack of reserves). It's better to be a lb or two high than to be a lb too low. Unfortunately the only way I know to find out what's too low for you is to go below it and suffer the consequences. I say true body fat because most measuring methods have a significant amount of error. if you just want to hit 5% to make yourself happy, find a method that reads lower than reality.
