Not really. I'm 6' tall and 145 is what I weigh in the winter when I'm "fat". 140-141 is about right for me at my age. When I was younger I could go a little lower.

The weight that is appropriate depends on your build. I'm built really thin.
I worked really hard to get up to 180 haha. Maybe that's why i like cycling, I dont always feel like the skinniest guy in the group
