Great! thanks so much - thats exactly what I'm looking for. As to the poster that said they're not very stable; thats fine as I probably won't use them very often...I mostly ride for fitness and my own fun to beat my times etc which is what the clipless are for but the 1 or 2 times a summer I do some short (10 km) biking with friends/spouse, its extremely slow and constant stops so hopefully the convenience will outweigh any negatives.
