The ride home was a race to beat a fast approaching storm that looked potentially fearsome on doppler. A mile from home I felt the sudden rush of cold swirling winds that dropped the temperature immediately 10-15 degrees and raised the dust and leaves. Beat the rain and got a thrilling ride home.
