But come on, Jim man, you repeat this pattern like every 2-3 weeks and then get frustrated and depressed and start over analyzing every single watt your powermeter displays, and start speaking some crazy acronym language consisting of CTL and whatever else powertaps say you're supposed to listen to, and then talk about how you feel like you've got no snap and thus you need to train harder, but you can't because you're so tired. I'd wager everyone that posts regularly in this thread has tried to help you out and get you training consistently.
