There are more, but I am at work and don't have the time to look them up. My favorite is Rivendell, I like the company, I like the way they do business and I love the bikes they produce. My Sam Hillborne is by far the most comfortable bike I have ever owned, I love it.

If you want chrome lugs, you can't go wrong with waterford, especially this one.

I'd add Boulder Bicycles and the Boxdog Pelican, in the lugged rando category, along with the V-O frame.

For a steel go-fast road bike, the Rivendell Roadeo has my eye.

And Torelli is still offering the Mondonico frames, steel and still lugged, but I can't get any other info about them except tubing and geometry. The prices look quite good, at the Torelli website. Made still in Italy, but not by Mondonico family members, apparently.
