I don't have a side shot of the fork. I could try to get one tomorrow. Re: Otis's comment, I think he was saying the structural integrity of your frame might be compromised. I missed the dent in the photos until Thrifty Bill pointed it out. I'd have that checked out if I were you, for safety's sake. You don't want your bike folding in half at speed.
