Hey Glowrocks. It's not a fancy bike. 1970's bike boom frame, not worth much, quite possibly Japanese with the Tange dropouts. Repaint not recommended, especially because it has some history to it ("Brian" obviously loved the bike enought to monogram it, maybe it was a 16th birthday present or something.)

(Some terms: the front wheel holder is the fork dropout, the joints between tubes are lugs. It also has "suicide shifters" which are only to be used by men who are done breeding!)
