Conversely could you say that a Casey Hampton nhose tackle for the Pittsburgh Steelers in not in good health weighing in at 325 with a height of 6'1". Whereas Jerricho Cotchery as a wide receiver is 6'0" and 203 lbs. That is 203 pounds of muscle and speed. I am not built for 203 pounds of muscle. I used to weigh 185 and after abdominal surgery I lost 30 pounds in three months recovering. Post-operative complications kept me at the 150 - 155 pound weight for the last 20 plus years.
3- I do not have any problem. I am interested in what other people here have to say. Its called information, first hand accounts, personal experiences. Some people here race on the weekend and others more often. Some just commute. I think you need to direct your perceive anger at yourself instead of taking it out on people that just ask an honest question.
I'm not angry, you don't want my opinion that you have a weight/image problem then that is fine. Obviously i'm not the person you're going to dupe into supporting your perpetual weight loss fetish. Maybe you should call it quits and try to put weight on given your abdominal issues.
Those runners are not both in good health, marathon runners basically have **** health. Sure they have good LT and high aerobic thresholds, but in season they are very immunodeficient and the scarring on the heart of a smoker from the stress of those races.
Just because you can run a marathon doesn't mean you're what a normal person would call healthy.
