That appears to be in very nice condition.
I'd say it is easily worth $270.
The earlier Reynolds 531 -Nervex lugged GJ is worth substantially more, but not necessarilly because it is better-(Vitus 172 just does not get the same respect). Anyway, the GJ is a fine bike in any incarnation.
