It's a weird (and swaged) crank, but those self-extracting bolts are stock Shimano, they are the same as on some of the 600 Arabesque and some other Shimmy cranks.
According to this on Velobase, it uses a unique splined spindle, and dates from '79. Don't think the spindle could have been swapped and still retain the cranks, so the rest of the BB unit is probably original, too.
