Been there, done that. I hate when my foot doesn't unclip or come out of the toe cages when I think it should - and over I go. It hasn't happened in a long time, but it has happened.
The thing to do is shrug it off as part of the sport. Real men love it when they get hurt on the field of sport; it is a badge of honor.
They are out doing something, while the rest are whining or getting fat on the couch. Wear your scabs proudly.
