Based on what you say (and another similar thread going on at the moment), I am looking at potentially upgrading to the Rockshox Dart 1 (http://www.ukbikestore.co.uk/product...rt-1-2011.html).

The current forks on this bike have suspension travel of 50mm, where as the Dart 1 have a travel of 100mm. Is this too much of a transition in terms of safe use of the frame?
