these DOs are stamped out of a steel sheet. they are likely to fail, bend, etc. at some point in the future, depending on the use. i see this regularly on the same kind of low-end frame. it's too bad. it can be dangerous also.
You see this regularly? I want pictures. I managed to bend a stamped dropout once on one of my old conversions, when my rear axle split in half. Unless your are doing freestyle, it will be fine.
