The issue would be whether the spacers and whatever Miche does to their "final" position cogs result in acceptable spacing and shifting. Officially their cogs aren't compatible with other cassettes.

Campagnolo 9/10 speed loose cogs are no different for the largest position versus somewhere else on the cassette, although shift ramp location relative to the index spline is different with "correct" combinations shifting faster than "incorrect" ones.
