Took my first ride with my new Garmin 500, loved it, but have a question. I set a distance alert, just to see what it would do, how it would sound, etc. If I hadn't remembered the alert was coming at the 30 mile mark and looked down to watch it - - - I would have NEVER heard the 'beep'. I saw a message, and I THINK I heard a very low beep, but barely. I don't see anything in the manual about a volumn on these, anybody know of some way to make this louder? This particular alert I'm not so concerned about, but I'm trying to dial in some good cadence alerts and I'd like to be able to hear those. Thanks.
