Great ride in this morning. I did need a very light sweater for the 13 C weather, feels more like Sept than August here in Southern Ontario.

For my own amusement I track my commute times and try to beat my previous times so it was cool today to tie my best ride to date with a time of 60 minutes over 28km. I would totally have flagged over the last 4-5 km if there hadn't been a teenager trying to catch up and pass me. I normally don't race anyone but myself, but something this morning made me want to stay ahead so I upped my pace. When I looked back to check traffic (which I do a lot anyway) there he was, pushing to catch so I upped it again to leave him behind. I did not however, give him "the look".
