I'm probably an odd one out but I have been known to wear one of these on occasions...

Ride gets pretty difficult if I'm heavily breathing but will probably save my lungs in the long haul. I also get the craziest looks when I am up along side drivers, even other commuters. I like to give out a thumbs up.
