I'm partial to bright orange t-shirts when I tour.

I'm very partial to mirror use. Of course, you have to actually use it. Many folks just have it and never seem to glance into it very often. I could describe a bunch of scenarios where having a mirror is a big advantage, and will help you not get "deathed", but it would take too long.
