These bikes are so damn confusing sometimes. I also thought some sort of P-something. The bike is in great shape, no rust just dirty as hell.
Sounding more and more like a PH10 to me. Peugeot branded RDs and FDs were usually re-branded Simplex derailleurs The Cranks for that model year might be a Stronglight with a swaged-on steel slotted spider, Most likely also re-branded as a Peugeot crank.
