Bikes: Secteur Apex, Trek 6000

Since switching to the bike, wake routine starts 30 minutes earlier, go to sleep 2 hours earlier. It's much easier to fall asleep at bedtime.
I eat smaller meals but snack on fruit/nuts/veggies during the day when I'm hungry.
6 mile commute. By motor, 15~20 minutes, by bike 25~35 minutes.
