Ok steel experts. What is the difference between Tange & Champion tubing? Am rebuilding my 1984 Centruion Elite 12. The frame is Champion #2 & stipped down weighs less than 4 pounds. Also does anyone know of a fourm for bike rebuilders & restorers where you will not take so much abuse with your questions? Thanks.
