oh, i've always been pro helmet, but never wanted to give up the guy points. my own battle with Darwinism has ended. at 41 i look back on time spent skateboarding in NYC traffic/pool/halfpipe and the years of mountainbiking w/o a helmet and shudder. something about my age bracket remembering cars w/o seatbelts, bb gun fights and lawn darts....same old song.

i'm going helmet shopping today.
