So, this is a dumb question, but I have no experience with this so here it is:

My Nuovo Record shifters are on a bracket. This frame has brazed on bosses. Can I just remove them from the bracket and attach them to the frame or do I need some additional parts for that? I disassembled them and it looks like they'll go right on, but I want to be sure.
