They are the stock tires (Bontrager H5, 700x38c). This was the Serenova Tract of Starkey Park. It is accessed from S.R. 52 about a mile or so from the Suncoast Parkway.
http://www.swfwmd.state.fl.us/recrea...-serenova.html. Starkey Park is divided into 2 tracts. J.B. Starkey Wilderness Park has a 6.7 mile paved trail that connects to the Pinellas Trail and the Serenova Tract that has 18 miles of multiuse trails that are not paved.
