Not a race, right? Aiming to peak on the actual ride weekend is one strategy.
Yeah, training with 15 early morning miles Monday thru Friday and working on my distance on the weekends. I think I will approach the ride each day as five fifteen mile rides. There will be a rest-stop every 12 to 15 miles along the route so I can eat and drink and rest for 10 minutes or so before resuming the ride. I think this will help me psychologically.
