When and Where are you riding?
I used to get in 200+ miles per week - mostly at 6 am on SART or in the hills around Yorba Linda. But with 3 kids under 10, a commute of an hour each way and all the other stuff that needs to get done, my TDF training is falling off to 2 or 3 rides a week and maybe 100 miles total... My schedule is currently 2 short rides (17 to 30 miles) with some hills at 6 am on weekdays and 40 to 50 on mostly flat Sat or Sun.
I managed to get one century in this summer, but I am wondering if I'll ever make it to another one (i don't even want to race, just ride to keep the waist size down) at this rate!
Just curious how much seat time others are getting and when and where you are putting the miles in (especially if you are in North OC and have kids etc).
